Staff was friendly for the most part. Kudos to Ashanti and front desk. The service on the property for facilities was horrendous. I’ve had air conditioning issues from my arrival and no one came to rectify. The room was extremely hot. I reported many times and no one showed up. I would never come back to this property.

The staffs were wonderful. They were very friendly, respectful, and ready to help. I had one of the best house keeper Lucie all ways smiling and make sure my room is very clean. The beach was very nice and clean specially the bar at the palms grill. Demien the best bartender, always smiling with customers, polite, joking, very respectful. I had a great time at the resort and I really enjoyed my Spa treatment 👍

The staff wasn’t friendly at all always had an attitude any time you approached. Cats around the resort should be placed in the cat room not roaming resort. Rooms didn’t include alcohol other than beer and no room service option. Unable to leave bar with drink. WiFi not working the entire time unable to use cell phone during the entirety of my stay.
