The checkin process is the worst ever. Checkin is @ 3pm, rooms aren’t ready until after 5pm. This is unacceptable after traveling from the US from 3am. The staff @ dining is unfriendly & most of them hardly speak English. Simone & Sharon were kind & friendly at breakfast and lunch. It’s a beautiful property on Maho beach, lack any good entertainment & overall just boring and lackluster. Bar across the street opens til 3am if you’re looking for some vitality.

Everyone was wonderful. We looked forward to seeing our favorite waitress, Lola, each morning for breakfast. Another Lola helped us get set up with a phenomenal taxi driver, Alex, for an island tour. It was just a great experience.

Location is perfect! You could walk to and from airport if needed to, that’s how close it is. $4 per person taxi ride from the airport. Rooms are dated but housekeeping does an amazing job! Restaurant Staff is a hit or miss. Some are very nice but majority are rude. Lack entertainment but overall a chill and relaxed vacation.

Nice property but so many faults never disclosed in the resort til arrival. Pool only open til 6pm. No food options from 11-12:30, 3-6pm No room service unless your on 9th-10th floor No guest allowed on premises Just so many rules and issues. Beautiful property just never been so confined in an all inclusive resort.
