Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us.

Perfect place to stay.

Very close to the sanctuaries,and shops and cafes close by, so excellent location. Clean and well furnished, good facilities. Very helpful staff. Breakfast provided if required. I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was advertised as a 4 star and I would have rated it a 2.5. The Queen bed was actually two twins that separated and not good mattresses. I would not stay there again or recommend.

Very basic hotel. This is in no way a four star hotel, more like 2 stars, but it fit our needs. Very close to the sanctuary, about a 7 minute walk. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. When asked about parking she said there is no free parking anywhere in Lourdes. Turns out there are a couple of free parking lots about a 10 minute walk from hotel.

Didn’t feel like a 4* hotel, not the most cleanest. Came across multiple bugs including cockroaches!!! Sofa bed was not very clean. Pros - very near the Lourdes Sanctuary, good shower, friendly staff Cons - bugs, could be cleaner, single beds put together (double would have been better), ££ for clean sheets

It is just 5 mins walk to Our Lady of Lourdes, which was the main reason why chose this place. The hotel was surprisingly very nice and perfect for family of 5 with a view to boot.
