I want to thank security and the property for finding a ring I left on the bed while I was staying there. They found it and secured it for me. I thought it was lost and it wouldn’t be returned but I am thankful for honest people at this hotel.

Room was huge, well appointed and comfortable. Swizzle abe Walkers were both very good. Hotel is in nice waterfront location just a 5-10 minute walk from the convention center and bars.

Large older hotel in a good location.

Nice hotel in a good location. Suggestions: need normal sized pillows, not those you would find decorating a couch, also need a more significant blanket/comforter. Would be nice to have EV chargers in parking garage.

The hotel is located in a perfect area downtown and the person who checked us in was lovely and so helpful. However, the hotel hallways weren't clean and our room wasn't very clean either...even worse is when we got back to our room at the end of the festival, my husband saw a flea jump on his leg (disgusting) and saw another one a little bit later jump on him again. We didn't take a picture of it bc you can't so there was no use in telling anyone at the front desk and this also happened at 2am. It was our only hotel option at the time as we attended the Bourbon and Bubble's festival, but we won't be back to stay.

Great location

Amazing location, very easy drop off and pick up for Bourbon Trail tours. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My only complaint was sleeping. We had to put our room at 64 degrees just to make it somewhat comfortable (we usually sleep at 70 degrees). The bedding was barely more than a sheet but very warm. I would stay here again despite this.
