The room and bath were clean, the staff friendly, and the buffet was as expected. We've stayed at this Drury near Louisville about 4 times and left with a good nights rest and a full belly. Hint: Check if lots of kids are traveling and don't get a room over the pool. Love kids, love bringing mine sometimes, but if your just traveling thru and want to relax between 7 and 9 p.m. you don't want to be near the pool area :)

The staff was amazing!! Upon check in, Kayla was super friendly. It was our first stay at this chain and she explained the snacks, dinner/drinks and the breakfast perfectly. As for our room, we got off to an odd start as the bed linens were pulled down. Jaz and Kayla moved us to another room. Same thing happened. We were moved to a third room and it was all good. Upon checking out, the general manager asked if everything was ok and I told him yes after the rough start. He apologized and gave us a discount on our rate. They were all super nice there, and from now on, we will look for the Drury Inn & Suites whenever we travel.
