Everything exceeded our expectations from the welcome glass of champagne to beautiful rooms and pool! The food and eat were amazing! The staff were always there with a cheerful Buenos Días, a towel, a drink or whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

All the food was amazing, including pool side dining. We even had a romantic dinner on the beach. The rooms were spotless. The service was great! The Spa was world class. I loved the 1-bedroom unit, which included a kitchen, dining area and sitting room, not to mention a large covered outdoor deck. I can't say enough about this hotel!

Hotel was very nice until they try to screw you at the ending check-in and charge you a full price for things that would normally be considered as a part of the all-inclusive package. They were not clear during check-in and there’s a ton of loopholes that they then spring on you during checkout and make you pay a lot. The rest of the staff were great except for the people during checkout.

Very nice property and extremely friendly helpful staff. The pool area and access to beach couldn’t have been nicer. Spacious balcony with a hammock and sofa and amazing view. A place to fully relax and enjoy the view.
