The hotel smells horrible, our room smelled like an ash tray, bed sheets smelled dirty but like sweat, building is old and noisy, we even had a fire alarm that woke us up at 7am, false alarm, tv did not work, hotel its self was nasty, only good thing is service, do not recommend this hotel

I did not enjoy my stay because it was slightly cold weather in Miami when we went on Nov. 28, 2025. So I was trying to heat the room up some. They said they do not have heaters and could give extra blankets. I was devastated by this answer and found the hotel not suitable for habitation. So does no heater system mean no hot water as well because the shower was not getting hot in the shower or sink. I was very disappointed with this stat and would never stay here again. I used the blow dryer to heat up the bathroom while taking that cold shower. I should not have to do that. It was a one night stay before my cruise so I got through the night and was happy to be on the ship. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant on sight was a plus. The room was not comfortable because of no heat or hot water. I left an item in the room and was able to pick it back up after my cruise which I found to be a plus for the staff honesty and effort to make sure I got my item back. The hotel shuttle was sufficient and ran in the manner of every hour on the hour and sometimes it ran every 30 minutes to the airport. They had two shuttles to my knowledge.

My trip to this hotel was terrible. The first room I stayed in had roaches. I asked to be moved to another room, And at first the lady who I was speaking to seemed like she didn't want to move me, But when I told her that the room had roaches, she told me that I had to come to the front desk to be moved, but I was at work at the time. So I left on my lunch break to go to the hotel, so that I can switch my rooms. The second room that I went to appeared to be Okay ,Until I got off work and I realized that the shower did not work. So then I had to be moved again. The third room that I was moved to the light switches did not work properly in the bathroom, And in the suite area. I want to know how do I go about getting a full refund?

This hotel didn’t have breakfast to offer, the WiFi didn’t work in my room and also there was no airport shuttle, I stayed in Ramada Houston and they had everything, my stay was so much better there.

This place was a step above Motel 6. It’s old and rusty. There is adequate parking and is in close distance to the airport. The wait to check in was long, due to someone’s room being emptied (for the 2nd time.)

It is a very old hotel. HVAC in the room was making so much noise that we couldn't sleep all night. The bathroom floor was broken. All in all, it was a really bad stay and I would never stay again at this hotel.
