Someone was smoking in the next room to ours and all the smoke came to our room. Woke up in the morning with a terrible headache. First thing we did is we called the front desk and they told us just to switch on the fan in the bathroom. Also we asked to change our bed sheets when we were leaving the hotel and when we came back bed sheets were the same , nothing has been replaced and also it was smelling disgustingly bad in our room and it was a smell of a cigarettes. Security came up to check the room and they changed the room so we had to move all our staff from room to other room and all at night. Manager did nothing, didn’t even tried to contact us.

The hotel was ok but not really what we expected. They only offered cleaning service every three days and there was no shampoo, or other amenities we had to ask for it. There was also no baby cribs available and the bathrooms were so dated that the bath tubs were dirty looking and the taps fell off if twisted too far. Overall the location was good for us but not a hotel we would likely choose again. The front desk staff was nice though and they did try to help when we asked for things like towels.

I liked the friendly staff. The breakfast is somewhat is my preferred option to select staying at this hotel, they serve chinese chow mein and cogree and some chinese side dishes, along with American breakfast like waffles (they made for you, so less messy to do it yourself), potatoes tots, coffee, juices, etc. The location is very convenient, walking distance for shopping and dining, easy access to the freeways. The parking is $5 each day of stay. The room is cozy, nice bed, big screen TV (with many free movies options and channels), the only downside is the hotel looks a bit old, a new fresh paint and new carpet can help to improve that. I don't like the barn door to the bathroom and it is not lockable, anyone can slide it open while i am using the toilet..so embarrassing.

Room was great but I did have an issue with the shower curtain. It was too small for its size and it didn’t reach either ends of the tub which made water splash outside and make a lot of mess. Also some hair from the previous customer was still around some parts of the restroom so that shouldn’t be there when new guests stay in the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to friends and family.
