Shuttle driver required we provide the full address of the hotel before we could board the shuttle. I knew the name and the street it was on but that wasn’t good enough. So I had to look it up the street address. Room was cool 66 degrees. Temp set for 70 but 20 min later still 66 also the fan was noisy. Went to the front desk and they said a tech would come and look at it. He did and all he did was turn the temp to 80 deg. During the evening the temp varied back and forth between 65 and 80 deg. Went to the front desk and asked if they could move us to a different room. No over booked. Glad we weren’t checking in late. Turned the hvac unit off for the night.

Just find somewhere else to stay, unless you want a bunch of hidden fees they don't tell you until you are literally checking out and are unable to stay anywhere else. Not only was parking $60, which is insane on its own because we are already spending hundreds of dollars to spend the night, but they charged us an additional fee for simply using Expedia. I travel quite a bit and have NEVER been charged for using a website to book a room. And the worst part is that none of this was told to us until we were checking out and it was too late to do anything else. The room itself was fine, but nothing seemed to work. We were only staying one night and had to have maintenance come out twice, one because our TV would not work, and the other because our sink was clogged. Just save your money to find a place that actually deserves your business and is honest with you.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle ride from the airport was sub-par. The bus was crowded and the driver didn't provide information regarding where he was stopping. The passengers had to shout and question him about the stops.
