Walls are paper thin. I could hear the rooms across the hallway shut and close drawers and make clanging noise. The street noise was ridiculously loud and intrusive. Wouldn’t recommend if sleep or respite was your plan.

The staff were very condescending to us. Additionally, there is a fee for laborers? It makes no sense to me and the hotel should be eating whatever that cost is. Lastly, the charges for breakfast are ABSURD. I stayed here out of convenience in terms of distance to the airport, and the room/bed are comfortable enough, but it’s a rip off in terms of cost.

I must say I had received some of the finest services from this hotel. First I had been coming to this hotel since it was a La Quinta. Long story short I checked out and later realized I left something behind. I called they were very kind to go up and look they said they did not find it. I had a location of the missing item which was at the hotel. I went back to the hotel explained my situation and the man at hr counter was behind kind to allow me to go up one more time to check once more and provided a the upmost service. Even helped me in looking for what I lost. I very much value the service.

There were so many things wrong with this hotel. The staff, aside from the amazing woman that checked us in, all had attitude problems. Out of the 3 front desk staff I interacted with, 2 were super rude and just seemed annoyed to be there. They messed up my room key three separate times, which I wasn’t upset about and yet they gave me the attitude as if I was the issue and not them. While dining, I was super disappointed to see that a majority of their menu isn’t available, specifically wine. Then I was super explicit about a food allergy that I had and when I receive my food, it contains the allergen which is very serious for me. You can’t order room service cause the kitchen doesn’t have a phone, just the front desk and they don’t take calls. When it comes to the whole hotel itself, things are not well taken care of and need to be replaced. Such as the luggage caddies. Go to the other Hilton by lax.

Heater was not working in the room I stayed in, nor in the other room I tried. It was really cold outside - - and inside the room all night. Also, the shuttle service is operated by a third party and service horrible! I had to take an Uber from the airport to the hotel.
