Really clean room, staff were friendly. Shuttle to the airport is super useful. Didn’t have time to explore as a very last minute booking after my flight was cancelled. Breakfast - advertised at $21.95 which seems crazy, mine was part of a deal with Expedia so much better value. Would stay again for an easy airport option.

Finding the shuttle from LAX was probably the least convenient from surrounding hotels - there are 3 HGIs in LAX and each has a different shuttle and it's up to you to figure out which is which. They also don't come by too frequently. Rooms are decently equipped but with a pretty barebones design. Woke up before sunrise and half the lights wouldn't turn on after working the night before. It's an okay option, not great not terrible

Did not read the reviews until i booked this and everything was true. Shuttle is not reliable. Staff not very helpful. Rooms were not the cleanest. I would suggest booking elsewhere. I tried the food at the restaurant and it was overpriced and not good at all. I will say the bartender was nice and the manager was also nice. Other than that i would give it a 2 star.

Out of all the hiltons I’ve stayed at this has got to be the worst one. The staff were nice but the room was not clean. Had to change my room and the bathtub still was dirty but i cleaned it. It disappointed me because i expected better from Hilton. Never again
