For the price range, there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The first issue was the 35 dollar early check in fee. In my years of traveling, I have never been charged extra to check in early at hotels such as Normandie, Westin, Hyatt, or Hilton when a room was available. At this price point, I expected more flexibility, but early check in required payment regardless of availability. Another major concern was the water pressure. I stayed on the fourth floor, which was the top floor, but regardless, it was the weakest water pressure I have experienced in over ten years of traveling. This alone made me reconsider staying here again, and I truly hope the hotel addresses this issue. I was also surprised that the televisions did not offer Netflix or other streaming options, which I would normally expect from a newer hotel in this price range.

Room was clean and staff nice. Only issue was unable to open drapes of window bc the windows of the adjacent building next to the hotel was about 3 ft away and looking into our hotel room. Had to close the drapes the whole time. No natural sunlight into the room:(

Loved the stay was perfect, close to everything! Stayed for one night. One thing I did not like was Check out was at 11 and the housekeeping came into my room at 9:00am even with the sign on the door of do not disturb asking if we are checking out. Parking is very small they offer paid parking with valet. Other than that the stay and room was great!
