I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, exactly as advertised, and looked just like the photos online. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water as well. The location is unbeatable—right next to great restaurants, with a bus stop directly across the street. There’s also a fantastic breakfast spot one block away called Travertine. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and kind, which made the stay even better. Parking is available in the garage under the building. The spaces are tight, but for $23 with unlimited in‑and‑out access, it’s a great value. Breakfast at the hotel was simple—fruit, coffee, and toast—but it was included in the price, so no complaints. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

I have had recurring appointments at St John’s Hospital so this has become somewhat of a 2nd home -so the location could not be better. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The rooms clean and well-equipped. This visit there was a problem with one of the elevators being out-of-service- nothing a bit of patience couldn’t solve. The associated restaurant has been excellent though unfortunately closed on Sundays and Mondays- our usual appt. days.

The room is super clean and nice and the check in staff were super friendly. However, when we went to go check out, the man working at the front desk was a little rude and was confused on the checkout process. This caused a delay in checking out. We are still waiting to make sure we were charged the correct amount.

Room service was great. Breakfast in lobby needs upgrading. There are no tables to sit at while eating. A greater variety of food should be offered. Parking is too expensive. Again, service was great, and beds were very comfortable.

The room was decent, the staff were courteous. I liked that they cleaned each morning. The hallways were tight though and the front desk seems weird. I think i would rather spend a couple more dollars for a better stay
