Everything here is neglected and the g m does not care. It's disgusting and has inadequate stuff for laundry housekeeping and general maintenance.

This place is awful. The pull and grill amenities are not open and have not been since the day.The hotel opened its doors. There is not enough housekeeping and the place is disgusting. The staff does not care and the general manager offered me a plunger. For a clouds, toilet, which tells you everything you need to know.

Property is disgusting. They are short on everything from housekeeping. To customer service. There are a no amenities because the pool and the grills have never been opened since october. Your room is dirty upon check in? No worries. They will give you a mop to clean it yourself and a broom.If there's lots of dog hair. Is your toilet clogged?Even though it's brand new? Don't worry the general manager flor will offer you a plunger at the front desk at 1 AM. Even though you have cancer and autoimmune disease and ask you if you can do it yourself!!!!!! Dont you worry if you think you're gonna call customer service with choice for any of these issues, they are definitely not going to help you!!!! I have literally never been so floored nor so disgusted by a company. But for that matter, buy a general manager and staff of a place to lodge- this is definitely not a hotel.It's a disgrace and a waste of money.

Stayed for 4 nights. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful when necessary. Pretty quiet hotel. Parking was not very good. Need more spaces considering how big the hotel is. But it was great overall.

The property was nice the staff was friendly. Parking is free, good walking distance to plenty of food options. We had a small issue with our room(shower wasn’t draining) the staff fixed the problem right away by moving us to a different room. Good place for the what you pay.
