Joshua was very friendly at check-in. Our room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable. The limited hours of the bar and being closed at 10pm on New Years Eve and the day of the Rose Bowl was dissapointing.

Rooms are very small and we had to ask for extra linens because we were missing some sheets. They didn’t have in room dining other than the weekends. The time we ordered they go our orders wrong. The breakfast staff was unfriendly and not customer oriented. They didn’t pick up our trash on a couple of occasions. Overpriced and I wouldn’t stay there again. The valet staff were extremely nice

The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean, the staff is friendly. The only reason for the 4 star is the surprise we had when we arrived and found out it is $60.00 per day for parking. 😞 Outrageous.
