I come to LA for business a few time a month. I LOVE staying at this location because I feel at home when I stay. I feel like this because of the Clean rooms, the Restraunt is nice , love the Gym & Yoga Classes but most of all the Staff. I appreciate the staff at the front desk, but I have to give FELIX a 5Star rating. Not only does he help me fully when I stay there but he remembers all of the things I like (the style & location of the room I like etc…..) when I show up , so I do not have to explain anything when I arrive, he also , always greets me with a big smile and says my name, as if he is truly happy to see me. It makes me not book at the other hotel that I use to stay at before staying at this location a few years back. Thank you FELIX and staff for making me feel at home anytime I visit. PS. I love that you offer NETFLIX as well. 😁
