Great everything!

Very quiet room, comfortable bed with plenty of great pillows. Had a nice breakfast delivered to the room at 2am. All staff were professional and very accommodating. Great location; walking distance to everything one could need; shopping & dining. Will definitely return.

The staff is beyond helpful and courteous. The hotel has a historic feel with a modern and sophisticated flare. We walked for coffee and sat outside in a courtyard to enjoy the beautiful weather and Beverly Hills vibe. We also had breakfast at the hotel which faces Rodeo Drive. Amazing food and atmosphere including Cut, a Michelin steak house in the hotel. Some great restaurants are within walking distance and others a short ride away. The best spot for shopping, right at the foot of Rodeo Drive. The pool is small and tucked away and there aren't a lot of seats but other than that this hotel is perfect.

Love the location and the general ambience of the hotel. Was a little disappointed with storage. We were traveling as a family of 4 and had to upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite but the storage was still a struggle (we stayed for 6 nights). Our shower cubicle did not flow away very well and we're standing in a puddle whenever we showered. All the staff were very friendly.
