Our stay was good. Staff were very nice along with the room and amenities. Only down side was the 2nd day staying, there was a black out due to construction that rolled over into to the next day.

Power out and should not take my reservation as they should know ahead of time this issue. I was notified by the time I checked in which leave me no choice but to stay. End up power completely, no ac, no heater, no light and no hot water. They should advise all booking when they know this. They never offer discount or anything. I don’t even think it is legal to take booking like this

The room was clean but spartan, amenities scarce. The breakfast buffet consisted of a few greasy Chinese food items, which they wanted $10 cash for, even to access the coffee urn in there. Seating was in a chilly patio.

The cleanliness was minimal. There was a lot of dirt and hair residue on the floors and in the tub. The tub mat was also moldy. The beds were clean and soft, but the place had an old smell. I’ve stayed here before and had a good experience, but it has definitely gone downhill. Parking was easy, but the front desk staff struggled to understand English well enough to communicate properly… I couldn’t even get more towels because they didn’t understand what I was asking. My biggest issue is that I booked for 3 nights and had to leave a day early, and they wouldn’t refund me for the last night.
