The breakfast is subpar with limited options. 3 times in a row i was charged for the breakfast that shoukd have been comped as a perk for booking with expedia. This hotel is new and you can tell they are still working through the kinks. Room never got cleaned or soap filled in the ahower.

I will continue to stay at AC Hotel Pasadena when I’m in town visiting family. The rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff are some of the most friendly folks. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed for leisure and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent bar area that was perfect for relaxing. The street views overlooking downtown Pasadena were a nice touch and added to the overall vibe. We also brought our Yorkie, Sylvester, and the experience was seamless for him as well. I’d absolutely recommend AC Hotel Pasadena to friends or business associates.

I like the AC Hotel chain. That’s why I keep coming back. One thing I noticed, the counter space in the bathroom in room 429 is tilting downward towards the front. The water cannot run into the drain and stays in the sink.

I wrote a lengthy email to the manager on the day that I checked out of the hotel. I have heard back from no one. My main issues are 1) lack of housekeeping leading people to dump their garbage in community garbage cans near the elevators, causing wretched smell for the first several days. 2) pot smoke was being pumped into our room through the ventilation system at all hours of the night. One night it was so bad that we woke up with raw throats and burning eyes. I don’t want any kind of smoke being pumped into my room when I’m trying to sleep 3) we use the workout facility one time. Upon walking in there, it was 83° with sun blaring through the windows. The thermostat was locked and there was no way to cool the room. It was almost intolerable. We called the front desk immediately and they said they would see if they could do something about it. We worked out for 40 minutes and no one ever did anything about it.
