You don't have to be stuck on the highway all day to see some nature. Just 6 kilometres out of Llandre, Constitution Hill is a favourite spot to get out into the fresh air. More scenic surrounds await at the Centre for Alternative Technology, 20 kilometres away.

If your trip happens to coincide with a decent dump of snow, you'll see many powder hounds packing up their cars and heading over to Llandudno ski slope.
