Nice visit to Liverpool.

Stayed here for three nights. Breakfast great. Rooms were massive , although a bit tired. But well worth price paid. I would stay here again.

Wonderful room that looked just like the pictures in their description. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. A long walk to the waterfront but enjoyable on a good day. Very close to historical buildings and an excellent "Ask Italian" restaurant across the street that caters to Celiac/Gluten Free. Would stay here again.

Cool Hotel

The welcome from the front desk was lovely. Very accommodating and got our room ready for us early, which was lovely. Nikki at the front desk was AMAZING and so helpful! The rooms are massive and have lots of space, but dated. The bathroom is interesting, but works! The location is amazing.

Very convenient to the train station. This place is quirky and fun. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. The room was over the top (decor) and very comfortable. Great spot

A great place to stay, a short distance from the train station and very close to Matthew Street. We had a big room, with three kingsize beds for the three of us and a lovely big jacuzzi bath with shower over, the air con was very welcome as we had hot weather while we stayed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Although we were close to Matthew Street the hotel was really quiet and we all had a good nights sleep.My only criticism is that the rooms were very dark. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely quirky hotel with lots of character. Staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Our room needed a bit more cleaning and care. The bathroom floor was marked, the door damaged and the flowered ceiling looked very dusty. However we did enjoy staying in a very different sort of hotel. Thank you

Where to begin...I paid £170/night for this hotel. For this price, I expected something better. The water in my room was lukewarm for the first day as they did not have anyone on site to check it out. It was corrected next day and the water was warm, but not hot, which is what I would expect from £170/night. The jacuzzi in the room, when turned on, ejected dirt from the jets for £170/night. Then the wifi did not work in my room and I had to sit in the corridor outside my room to reach wi-fi, for £170/night. The breakfast had stale pastries, reused from previous day, for £170/night. The breakfast was average, I would expect much bigger choice for £170/night. The rooms were HUGE, almost pointlessly huge...There is no need for so much space. Anyway, I would stay away from this hotel for the above reasons...

Disappointed. Great location and friendly staff. Issues with cleanliness in bedroom...stained bed throws, damp carpet patch, air con not working, hairs on carpet, 2 pillows couldn't be used as filling bobbly, tv not working properly, curtain wouldn't shut properly.

It is well-placed for easy access to the Liverpool shopping and theatre area with excellent transport links. The property is dated and needs a bit of an update to the room and general areas, but clean and comfy rooms with an excellent choice of quality produce at breakfast.

Loved it!

Lovely stay. Room was huge! Lots of room for 6 of us! Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Just a lovely place to stay. Great location to all the nightlife. Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious. Will 100% be returning!
