The room was very nice and modern, had everything you could want for a stay. When booking through here double check you bank as before we checked out we ended up being charged by the hotel as well as hotels.com Apart from that we had a nice stay.

Breakfast was very average, sausages underdone, no fried eggs, black pudding, hash browns, or mushrooms. Baked beans were lukewarm. Restaurant was clean and tidy and service side was good.

Nice easy access room , lovely large bed, nice wet room bathroom. Good facilities.Nice self service bfast. Very busy . Good Car park underneath the hotel . Issue with room not serviced during our stay Friday to Monday, had to ask for more milk, sugar, for tea and coffee, also toilet rolls and kitchen paper towels not replenished. Bathroom bins and room bins not emptied etc, etc .Brought to managements attention. Hotel is well placed next to Albert Dock, easy walk to Liverpool City Centre, Liver building etc.

We have stayed here a few times now, fantastic hotel, wonderful beds and bedding, huge rooms. I booked an accessible room by mistake and asked to swap it but the guy on reception was a bit flustered , he said there were no other rooms until after 3pm ? Full hotel on a Monday?? We could not wait around so accepted the room 412, bathroom flooded when we had a shower so wet floor all night, Also he did not let us know about the special offer of a get together on Monday evening so we missed out on that, other than that all staff brilliant, perhaps he needs a little more training?
