Nestled in the peaceful countryside, our cozy bungalow offers a relaxing getaway with the added convenience of onsite boarding kennels—perfect for guests traveling with furry family members. Breakfast is available upon request. Enjoy a tranquil stay while being centrally located between Manchester and Liverpool airports, (25 to 35 mins away) with easy access to the nearby towns of Warrington and St Helens.

We are proudly pet-friendly, and guests can take advantage of our on-site luxury boarding kennels and day-care facilities at a significantly reduced rate—perfect for those travelling with furry companions. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide an elevated, tranquil retreat.

You can arrive through the main doors or slip in quietly via your private rear entrance for complete discretion and ease, you may have access to the living room, conservatory, dining room and kitchen; so feel free to make yourself at home to do your cooking and make yourself a brew!

Kindly be advised that we accept only individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Please also note: whilst being a pet friendly property we are also a licensed boarding kennels; therefore are required to book your doggies into the kennels but at a huge discount in comparison to as if you weren't staying here. Pets are only allowed into the kitchen area of the property and the dog gate must be closed whilst the dog is in here. Guide dogs are not classed as pets so they may, by law, accompany you wherever you may go. Shoes must be removed whilst walking on the carpet so bring your slippers :) any other questions or for any clarity please message before booking and I will swiftly respond.
