Room-Very Clean! there can be more lights in bedroom. In the large bedroom with 2 queen beds, there was only 1 lamp between the beds, in the whole room! Staff: okay but manager could be more flexible in understanding customer's needs. We requested to check if there is a room available in first floor. While she was checking, her manager who was standing next to her, just said plain no without even checking availability. She was kind of rude. Amenities- Top class Breakfast- Top class. Breakfast area can have more tables to sit. during peak hours , there was heavy crowd with no place to sit. Parking- Plenty Location: Great

You should be aware of the $250 hold for incidentals that won't be refunded for 72 hours. Also, the cable didn't work. They must be in the scetch part of town as the only working elevator uses your key card to operate.

Since I booked through a third party they had to place a hold on my debit card for $250! I understand it is just a hold but what if that was all the money I had? After I had already paid for my room in full it was a total inconvenience to have to have that much on hold with my one debit card.
