Our room was very clean and nice. It had a few ladybugs in the window. Odd for being on the 2nd floor, but we found them cute. This was our first time staying here and WE LOVED IT! Clean and spacious restroom, spotless kitchen and very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back! I'm a patient at UAMS and loved finding 2 other couples dealing with the same issues I am. We sat around the fire pit and enjoyed a wonderful night of getting to know each other.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Marcus, the general manager, was very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. He runs an efficient operation. It is apparent that he and the staff take pride in their work.

Got this room for my parents and they were treated poorly. My mom needed late check out for her appt the next day at UAMS. They asked for late check out the night they arrived and was told the next day that they had to get out or be charged another night. They did not investigate the situation. I will not be suggesting this hotel for anyone. Poor customer service towards my parents.
