Book Little Pond hotels

Property is very well maintained and the gardens are pristine and functional with edible herbs and veggies. It is a walk to the nearby beach at Sally’s Point so plan for comfortable shoes, bug spray, and long sleeves/ pants when you cross the grassy area. Mosquitos were plentiful and hungry, but lots of pollinators too, so I’d rather plan for mosquitos than see areas sprayed. Apartment was well supplied and clean. Host was super friendly and other staff were great.

Excellent few days staying a Ned's Landing!!!

Friendly and greeted by owner David at check in.. He show us around and explained where everything is. Very nice property location and beautiful view, and beach is in short walking distance. Kitchen available if one like to use for personal cooking. Nice size frig in ones room for day travels needs Our room on ground level with two clean share bathroom with shower. Overall my personal nightly stay rating is 10/10.

We stayed for 3 nights and the house is excellent and has everything you need. Communication with David and Jacqueline was excellent and quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chair and overlooking the bay from the patio. I would recommend this property to everyone and we look forward to returning

Beautiful home. It has all the outdoor and indoor seating you need for a large group. Stocked properly with cutlery, cookware, towels, bedding, outdoor beach chairs. Everything. Large lobster pots with outdoor propane stove to cook. Golf within 30min. Warm water, no jelly fish. The weather was great. Long walks on the beach when the tide is out. We got to see a few seals, some bald eagles, and foxes. Would highly recommend this rental.

Simply perfect! Beautiful views and Superb location! The house truly made for memories that will last a lifetime!
