Hotel staff were excellent in particular customer relations who organised a special cake for a seven year olds birthday and were always on hand to help. A free room upgrade and good selection of food on offer all day. Would recommend and would stay here again.

When you stay at Caldera Creta Paradise in Platanias, you'll be on the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Agia Marina Beach and Kalamaki Beach.
The jacuzzi was not clean. There were no shower gel and shampoo in the room. Staff at reception was impatient and did not explain all of the things to us.
