The hotel was very cozy, and welcoming, they made accommodations for us in the rooms extra pillows and blankets before we arrived because we had said we were traveling with a baby and a toddler, everything was amazing except that one of the towels in the room was from the past guest there it had hairs which made me go and get all new towels from the front desk, overall 8/10

Bottled beer at the front desk!!!

Start to finish a great experience. EVERYONE was very friendly, the housekeepers freshened up our towels and restocked coffee, tp and anything else that needed attention. The bar in the evening was fun and you felt very at home. Ice machine worked AND you can buy botttled beer at the front desk.

Very clean. Check-in process was easy and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was wonderful - but unfortunately we were there at the same time as a girls softball team that was not well-chaperoned. Wish there was a hot tub! Great location, too!

Very poorly maintained property. Door lock was not functional, bathroom latch was close to broken, iron stand was broken, AC was excessively noisy, overall room looked old and poorly maintained. Didnt feel like staying in the room. In and around the neighborhood was shady.

When I arrived, I was charged an additional nonrefundable $50 for my cat, despite that I already mentioned the cat under accommodations. Only ice was available on the 6th floor, so I proceeded to look for a vending machine but got locked out when using the stairs. Every floor I tried was locked, so I went down to the bottom and found that the ground floor had an emergency exit to the street but that was it. I had to call the lobby twice before management came to let me in. The next morning, I spoke to the manager, who informed me that she was there the night before but was never informed of the situation. That was awful to hear, because I pleaded with two staff members to ensure that there are signs on every stairway as soon as possible. She also told me that those are supposed to be unlocked. All she did to apologize was to give my daughter and me a snack and a drink. While I appreciate the gesture, I don’t think she understood how serious of an issue that could’ve been. I had to descend six flights of stairs if I had needed to go through the emergency exit for any reason. That is so unsafe. When I booked the hotel, I didn’t realize it would be full of golfers. It seems that that is a regular occurrence, which is not something I would consider good or bad. It probably affected the prices. The shower also didn’t drain well but worked sufficiently. All of the soaps are Dove, which can be an issue. The only drinks and snacks are on the bottom floor. The breakfast buffet good.

Hotel staff was outstanding, friendly and attentive. What was lacking was ambience and comfort. Our room was uncomfortably cold, as was the restaurant. They promptly provided us with a space heater for the room, which helped, but was noisy, and certainly not energy efficient. The room was very large, but a ton of open, wasted space. Huge room, tiny bathroom. Heat turned off even though it has been a colder than normal spring. The restaurant was open till 10 on the weekend which was a plus, but limited menu. Overall it was okay for an overnight stay while on our way to Syracuse.
