No airport shuttle, woke up at 4am to have breakfast but no breakfast included when they said we had at it included at check-in, very rough sketchy neighbourhood with abandoned buildings all around, hotel hallways dirty, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, black marks on walls everywhere. But big bonus; didn’t appear to have bed bugs and a Lidl grocery across the street. Cost $12.50 euros for taxi to airport. Do yourself a favour and stay in nicer area and pay extra for taxi to airport. Location is not close to airport to justify the cost. Very overpriced for a dump of a hotel.

Check in was slow and there was no one to help the one person. Bathroom shower leaked, there were some repairs done in the bathroom, but they didn’t bother to re-paint anything. The mattress was comfortable but they didn’t have a fitted sheet on it, only a flat sheet so it didn’t stay in place all night and we were sleeping directly on the mattress.

The name of this hotel is not as announced. It took us some time and asking around to find it. Staff is very helpful, but are new. Only one bath towel in the bathroom and it was all ragged. Hand towels were same bad quality. The room looks like they started renovating and stopped for some reason (wall paper and bathroom is remodeled but every other furniture is dirty, heavily scratched. The walls are marked by scratches as well. Good things - staff is very attentive and helpful and the food in the cafe is good. Bed is very comfortable, but only one pillow per person. Too expensive for what it is. After staying there, I think it is a 200% overpriced.

So terrible that i found another hotel and fled the moment an uber could get to me. The inside of the hotel resembled a parking garage and was utterly dark and empty. There were no windows in the public spaces and the windows in the rooms overlooked a freeway. No transportation. The absolute worst.

We arrived hotel 2 am after 3 hours struggle getting our luggages. Waiting over half hour ( just 2 group customers but the staff works so slow to deliver room’ key) to get the room’s key with another customer inside - scary - get down complain and receive another room . Because it was late so we could not buy the sim card to contact with tour guider , so, we are need wifi , the staff give wifi password 5 times in corrected , he typed psw on our phone then its work ! The hotel location is good point , 7 mins driving to the airport, but the staff services is very bad . Anybody wants to stay there that needs slow to anger while tired and receiving the room with the guest inside .

I would like to express my frustration that they never replied to me. I had the option to cancel my reservation before midnight, but my husband and I were affected by the massive power outage. We couldn't stay at this hotel at all because they do not answer the phone or respond to messages. Even Expedia attempted to contact them twice, but they still kept my reservation money without any response. I will not change my review unless they provide better attention and service. At this time I feel very scammed from this place.
