Our hotel was lovely. The thermostat of our room might not have been working properly as our room was very hot overnight, despite it being set to 21 degrees. There were also some inconsiderate guests throughout our stay who insisted on shouting down the corridor despite it being past 02:00. Other than that, the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable , and staff were very friendly.

We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again! The location cannot be beat. You are in walking distance from sooo many of the major landmarks, shops, and restaurants. We used uber occasionally and walked everything else over the course of a week. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. Loved the breakfast on the roof. Highly recommend the Lisboa Pessoa.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is great, and the hotel crew is polite and professional, especially David, the desk manager. He was welcoming, helpful, and made my stay even better. I came from Miami to visit Lisbon, and David’s excellent service made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Great find!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lisboa Pessoa. The service was impeccable. Every service member of the hotel greeted us and made us felt welcome. The room was much larger than we expected, super clean, bed very comfy and a big bathroom. The hotel is centrally locate and It is walking distance to most sights. We also truly enjoyed the rooftop bar with the amazing views of the city. The food and drinks were also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel.

To start our stay with a welcome drink on the roof with a view of the castle was delightful. A quick sauna and dip in the pool after a long day exploring Lisbon was perfect. Our room was large, comfortable and well stocked. The service was friendly and helpful. I will be returning to this hotel, for sure.

Whike the bar is in a stunning position on the top floor i really think the hotel should be facilitating their guests after the bar clises,which is very early at 12 midnight..a very simple solution would be to have a large fridge either at the bar levrk or at reception. I arrived home in pouring rain amd was approximately 5 minutes past midnight amd asked for a bottle of wine and sparkling water and it was a quite rude NO That drives ne mad ,petty beurocratic behaviour. I woukd hVe paid top Euro for the favour abd given a big tip. We are not children folks and when i asked wrll can i get a bottle srnt up o room service i stead i wS told in a very curt manner " No Dr Rowley)..I absolutely loath stupid rukes,they wouldnt explain why room.service couldn't do it..is this not the very bloody point of roo. Service??
