Im used to resort style stays. This property was nothing like what I’m accustomed to but it was awesome! The location is dead center of the infamous pink street. There are tons of bars, restaurants and shops within minutes. for such a busy area, we couldn’t really hear the street noise at night which was truly surprising. Be aware there are no elevators and the decor is quirky, but clean. There is also air conditioning in the rooms. Lastly, make sure you truly like the person you are staying with as the showers and toilet are not quite private. Enjoy!

No elevator. Stairs of uneven height. No noise filter. Too much no use for next rooms of shower flush and noise from corridors. No cupboard in the room - just a stack of hangars! No safe in room. Good things - firm mattress and free water and coffee in room

Great location, very clean, super nice staff, and quiet room. They even sent us a beautiful basket for my husband’s birthday, a bottle of sparkling wine, champagne glasses and a box of freshly baked pastel de nata, it was a lovely gesture and such a nice surprise. Thank you.

The room was cute but the AC would not stay on and it was very stuffy. No elevator, only steep wooden stairs. Area around was super cool.

Very solid choice to stay near the waterfront

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The neighborhood is a bit rowdy with lots of bars, but the rooms are high enough up from the street that you sleep with great comfort in a very cozy bed. The shower is excellent; the hotel staff were the kindest people I interacted with in Lisbon; there is free water and coffee replenished daily and the employees seek to accommodate every need - early arrivals, late departures, etc. For example, I had the odd request of needing a tool to fix my damaged luggage at a very late hour, and the maintenance staff jumped into action to accommodate, saving me much time and expenses. Downside is no elevator but can't complain about that in this price range. The A/C seems to have a mind of its own but thankfully the weather was not too extreme.

The room suited our needs but the area was very noisy in the early hours and lots of noise in the corridor. The beds were comfortable. Felt the toilet could have a door on it to help with privacy.

I truly enjoy the location of this property. I like the space and it was centralized to everything that we needed to experience in Lisbon. The staff was very friendly. We were on the top floor and there was a lot of stairs, but overall very clean. Everything in the room was comfortable, and I love that the water was free.

Excellent location on the famous ‘Pink Street’ with quick access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Let us store luggage over night when we visited Sintra. Definitely get the breakfast buffet here. We highly recommend.
