Staff were very friendly and we felt really looked after during our stay. The hotel breakfast was very nice with a large selection of fruits cheeses and pastries every morning. Hotel is very well situated for Rossio train station. Lots of bars and restaurants are in easy walk.

It was on a quiet street but very close to restaurants, sites, and shopping. The staff was great, helpful, and professional. The only downside was that we stayed in an unrenovated room with no Netflix.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The location is great. Located near restaurants, squares, museums, metro stations, shopping areas, etc Rooms are small but well kept and nice bathrooms. It has two elevators and a restaurant.

This is a well located hotel in the Chiado neighborhood. Lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were outstanding in their service. This is a very quiet hotel. We will be back!
