PI1 is a spacious duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a charming terrace offering privileged views of the city, river, and bridge. The apartment is well-equipped, with air conditioning and heating, and all main appliances. You will find an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room with a superb view of the city and river. Great Lisboa Flat

Our family enjoyed this multi-level space. It was in close proximity to a wonderful neighborhood with excellent restaurants, and we could easily get anywhere we wanted. We were able to cook meals quite easily and the terrace view was very enjoyable.

The size and amenities of the apartment were all we needed for 3 nights in Lisbon! 3rd floor walk up and the hilly location can be a challenge but worth the exercise if you don’t mind it - Uber is a good, inexpensive option too. The terrace and views are both wonderful. Elisabete was also very responsive and available for check in and communication! Also, check out the little bar (“Imprensa”) on the corner, steps away. Fantastic Bloody Maria’s and oysters….

This Property Has Everything!!

We loved our stay at this location. Spectacular views from 3 sides, with a great rooftop terrace for enjoying sunrise & sunset. Grocery store and pharmacy just down the hill. We enjoyed many good restaurants also within walking distance. But also cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Clothes washer & dryer were really handy so that we could pack lighter for the trip. UBERs were plentiful and usually available within 1-3 minutes from ordering! You do need to be prepared to hike up the 3 flights of stairs, but it is totally worth it! Would highly recommend this property and we will plan to return and stay here again. Obrigado!

Rooftop views in great neighborhood

Antonio was an excellent host. He met us at the apartment and even helped us haul luggage up the 41 stairs when we checked in. He also left us a welcome gift of coffee, wine & water. The front of the building was covered and under construction while we stayed but didn’t really affect our stay at all. The apartment was as shown in the photos, is well appointed, clean and a great layout for the 5 of us. The highlight was the rooftop deck and gorgeous views of the rooftops from most of the windows. Location was also great! We had a lovely stay in Lisbon.

The Perfect Location

Well worth the climb

Up three flights in a very narrow stairway brings you to a nicely updated two level apartment in a fantastic Lisbon neighbourhood. Space is a bit tight, but there is everything needed and the view from the top level small terrace is the best. Communications with the rental agency were fine. Too expensive to arrange for a late check out.

Wonderful stay in Lisbon

We had an amazing time at this property. The check in was easy and very personalized ensuring that we knew how to work everything and where we could find all of the items. We were so appreciative of this extra time. Our favorite part of the apartment was the roof top patio which we enjoyed in the AM with our coffee and at night with wine and laughter. It is close to several great restaurants and bars and just far enough away from the commotion of the super touristy areas. We would recommend this spot highly to others!

Ana was the most professional and prompt welcome person. The apartment was great. It was hard to tell that both bathrooms were on the bottom floor, so the trip to the bathroom in the night was little tricky on the stairs! Super well stocked apartment in the coolest neighborhood.

Nice stay

My family and I stayed at this location for 5 nights during our trip to Portugal. There are several positive and negative aspects that I think would be worth mentioning. On the positive side, the location of the apartment is great. It's very close to great coffee shops, markets, and sites. The balcony is wonderful and I loved sitting there early in the mornings and late at night. On the other hand, during the last few days of our stay, we could smell the sewer in the apartment which was quite unpleasant. There was a misunderstanding where I thought I had paid for the apartment in full and when my family (all of whom are >70 years old) arrived before me, they were told they cannot stay in the apartment until they pay for the rest. This resulted in quite a lot of distress because they did not know that they had to pay and were left upset over the manner in which the property manager spoke to them. We were not given the key to the supply closet and were instead told to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Even though the property description says that the space can hold 8 people, I would not recommend staying here with more than 5-6 people. All in all, we had a fantastic time in Portugal but would choose a different place next time.

Lisbon Premier Property

The place was exactly as expected and met our expectations. The check in process was terrible. The agent was in a rush to get to another property. She immediately started the paperwork without giving us a tour. She asked if I would mind if she took a picture of my passport. As I was saying NO she took the picture. This made me very uncomfortable. The deposit could only be refunded by pay pal. I was not prepared for this as the information read credit cards would be accepted but did not state the refund would not go back to my card. After this process another agent stayed and gave us a tour and good information.

The apartment is well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The photo of the view from the balcony is 100% accurate and provides a simply gorgeous view of the city on a nice sunny deck. The property managers were very helpful in getting us checked in and checked out.

Beautiful views, great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Principe Real from start to finish. The apartment is close to great restaurants, parks and shopping. We walked everywhere! Views from the rooms and terrace are breathtaking. The managers are extremely nice and helpful, giving us great advice on where to go and what to do. They were also very kind and understanding when one of our children ruined a set of sheets. This is a great option for active people- might be difficult for elderly, because of the stairs, but we loved everyminute of our stay.
