From check in to check out, it was excellent, including the hearty and wholesome buffet breakfast, fresh juices, delicious coffee and very friendly and hard working staff. The hotel is also nicely maintained and very clean, the beds were very comfortable, great internet and restaurant dining and a lounge bar that serves tapas. To top it off, it is only an 8 minute drive from Lisbon airport. Hats off to management-keep up the excellent work!

Everything good, price, location, space, facilities. The only thing I did not like was the treatment in the breakfast and the lack of food as at 7:45am it was lacking many things which we asked the waiters to replenish and they simply mentioned someone else would check, without talking to anyone.

We book a one night stay before a connection flight from Lisbon. Tried to communicate with the hotel via messages and email to let them know we might arrive very late or possibly after midnight given when our connection flight was scheduled to land. Never received any reply or communication from them. Can't comment on the hotel, as we eneded up in Frankfurt overnight due to a delay in flights vs having to stay in Lisbon.

Computer system down. Confusion at check in about rooms booked, which was for 4 people which was for 2 people. Wrong keys given, second room not available until 16h30… Confusion over prepayment from hotels.com. Overall a very confusing and slow experience from an ok property.
