Spent the first night in a room where the safe didn't work and a random guest opened our bedroom door. The receptionist changed us to a different room on the second day as we complained. The hotel had a better resolution than Expedia as they refused to relocate us to a different accomodation despite being a security issue and New Year's Eve. They just wanted to make a refund for the remaining nights and leave us to our luck stranded.

The location is excellent with many parks, shops and restaurants nearby. Also just a short walk to the malecon. The hotel is not fancy but the staff is friendly and it is very clean and comfortable.
