I stayed on the 16th floor, and from 6:00 AM onwards, there was a lot of noise, like they were moving furniture or starting to clean. The hotel wasn't flexible at all, even though I was with my two young children. They were flexible if I paid for an extra hour, though. After three days of being there, I expected a little flexibility. I've stayed in other 5-star hotels, and I've never experienced this stress of having to rush out of a hotel after paying for an extra hour.

Everything about this hotel was great! Free drink when we arrived, staff was friendly, breakfast had so much variety and the food was delicious. We had a regular king sized bed room and it was very luxurious and well thought out. Rooftop pool and bar are obviously to die for, beautiful view. Will definitely return in the future!

Decent room, not that great views from premium sea view … very poor service in restaurants even though frank is great his staff is very bad with customer service especially 27 tapas is very bad service Pool is with the restaurant and outside guests are there making noise
