The nation's capital city, Paris, is situated roughly 250 kilometres to the northeast of Ligre.

When it comes to fun activities, Fontevraud-l'Abbaye is full to the brim. Situated 20 kilometres to the northwest, here you'll discover Chateau de Breze, Chateau de Montsoreau and Fontevaud Abbey.

From the moment you set foot inside the Domaine Dozon, you'll know that your holiday has truly begun. The Domaine De La Noblaie is another fabulous place to let all your troubles melt away.

Break free on a trip to some nearby natural beauty spots. 40 kilometres out of Ligre, Chatellerault Forest Park is waiting to be experienced. Airvaudais-Val du Thouet Tourism Office, 45 kilometres away, is another pleasant place to kick back and unwind.
