Ice on 2nd floor decks next to our door was so thick with only a 10" or 12" "channel" carved into it that it made it almost impossible to walk. - VERY HAZARDOUS! Lighting in the same areas was very poor. Parking lot was also very ice-covered and hazardous! WONT BE BACK

Poor customer service and poor cleanliness

Our first room had ants, so after 1 night we had to move rooms. Asked the front desk to put us in a close bottom room because we had a bunch of stuff to move (that wasn’t accommodated and I understand they have to go on availability). We had no apology for the inconvenience and room service/house maids were impossible to get. We needed extra towels and blankets and had to argue about getting extras. The second room we went too hadn’t been wiped down properly. There was dirt/sand all over the countertops. The complimentary breakfast was the most under whelming breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even with it being complimentary.
