I couldn't find anybody proficient meeting with language also they seem to be put out by everyday I ask couldn't find my reservations and the room had cockroaches and really wasn't clean

This hotel was a life saver. After a horrible experience with a different one before, it was like a luxury hotel lol. Very clean, could understand staff, water worked and everything was perfect. The bed was super comfy especially the pillows.
