Hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was really delicious and well stocked. Only problem I had was my room key kept getting deactived (3 times) not sure if it was me or another problem. Front desk was very helpful in fixing the problem.

Very cool lobby and rooms. The food was good. The only complaint is our room was near the road so we heard traffic noise all night along with a train twice before our alarm.

All of the amenities; lounge, restaurant etc., were not open. The hotel felt like it as shutting down. Staff was friendly but they seemed to be in low spirits. would not plan to stay if I returned to Frankfort.
