Although we made a reservation for a twin-bed room and availability was confirmed, we were still asked to pay an additional fee for this request. This created a very negative impression in terms of customer experience.
More importantly, there was no staff available who could communicate in English during the night, which caused significant inconvenience.
Overall, based on our experience, we would not recommend choosing this property.
