Les Allues Ski Resorts

The staff, the buffet food, the spa, free parking were excellent . Location was great if you are looking for a quieter place. There are a couple of restaurants close by to walk to but that would've the only drawback - not much else to really do in an evening outside of the hotel without getting the shuttle to Méribel. Ski in and out fabulous. Would definitely go again- just to able to use the sauna and heated inside pool! Rooms are good, nothing super fancy. There was also a ski locker and boot room . If I had only one negative thing to say it is that the outside jacuzzi was not really hot, like the inside one ( vey chlorinated)- but literally that's it!!

Excellent location, nice new campus facilities. The room sizes are on the small size, especially for 5 adults. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible. On a positive note, it is a short walk to a slope that gives access to the mountain base.

Lovely hotel with great welcome and service from the team. Perfect for accessing the slopes via gondola in the morning. Food in the restaurant is excellent traditional fare.

First rate staff. Amazon hotel, we hope to be back soon.
