Magnificent hotel top to bottom. Will most definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to Vieux Lyon. The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. We had our dig with us and felt welcome with a comfortable dog bed and bowls provided. There is a nice riverside walk nearby to stretch his legs. We thought that the hotel was very good value for money give the amenities (lovely pool and spa area) and the quality of the service. We hope to return in the future.

We had a room with lake view and I would recommend paying the extra and booking one as it was a great view. We stayed when the fête du lac fireworks were on and attended the special meal put on by the hotel where we had good food and an excellent view of the fireworks.A real highlight of our holiday. We paid for the hotel parking as Annecy was so busy at this time but there are 2 public car parks very close if you are staying at quieter times. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that as we used the on site bakery which was fantastic. Would highly recommend you try it.All the staff are very friendly and polite. I would recommend the hotel.

Excellent stay! The hotel’s location is perfect, literally next to the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodates our early check-in and making our room change seamless by arranging rooms on the same floor. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. Highly recommended!

Very cool hotel! The lobby was done up in a retro-industrial-steampunk style and I loved it. This place is like a resort and even has trampolines for the kids. Awesome view of Mt. Blanc.
