To get to Leiden from central The Hague, you'll need to make your way northeast for 15 kilometres. From Schiphol Airport, it's a commute of 25 kilometres to the southwest.

Leiden is a sightseer's paradise. A range of the city's top attractions are strewn near this neighbourhood, including the Leiden University and Waag. After taking a look at those, you're going to want to head onwards to the Hortus Botanicus and Stadhuis. For a fresh perspective on The Hague, organise an outing to Merenwijk and Oegstgeest, close-by neighbourhoods just waiting to be discovered.
