Great staff, not so great rooms.

Everything was all in all good except for we were on the 3rd floor, room 318, and in the laundry room my husband found a roach and another one in the stairwell. I then found a roach in our room. Our beds were very uncomfortable. Very friendly staff, and (I think her name is Ellie - could be wrong) who works the kitchen/breakfast is such a sweetheart and was loving on my kids. They enjoyed her so much.

The staff was very nice and friendly,the breakfast and morning crew were exceptional. My room air actually stunk, im not sure if the musty smell was from the funky carpet or the air conditioner.. but it stunk. All the windows in this hotel need replaced,or at the minimum they need cleaned. Every surface from the lobby entrance ,ceiling fans,counter tops etc needs deep cleaned ,not just smeared as they have been in the past. ..and the fitness center was a antiquated broken down joke,so don't book because it has a gym. The staff was very nice,i am too so that part was very good ,but the facility is worn out and needs a complete overhaul.

I probably would’ve given 5 stars if the tv wasn’t so complicated. Should just be able to turn on after a long travel day. The motel is older but well kept. The breakfast staff were the best part of our stay. Very nice and helpful. Would stay again

Expedia doesn't give a place to to include a pet. I found out at the desk what the extra fee was. I wish that was included on the website. Hotel was like new, and very clean. Easy access, quiet.

More than likely staying there again upon returning, although if circumstances were different, I would probably rent at an alternative location to have beach access. We first visited when the waters were too cold. we were on a recon mission.

Registration desk attendant very unfriendly, was made to feel like we were bothering her upon our check-in request. Had to ask for instructions on how to find our room as none were given. Re room, had a clean "appearance" but the bathroom counter was full of someone else's beard shavings, disgusting! Will NOT be coming back here again.
