A very comfortable Hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The walking path behind the Hotel leads to downtown. A 10 minute walk.

Great choice

I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend

Excellent stay!

From check- in with snacks to checkout after a huge breakfast.... and everything's in between, 10+! The breakfast was huge and delicious. Very close to the gondola rides (you could easily walk there but we took the bus). Also loved the spa. Book it! You won't regret it!

Clean and up to date hotel. A little walk to town but there was a pedestrian walking path right below the hotel. The path puts you directly in the heart of the town and the Seceda gondola. Very helpful front desk. Lovely stay!

Beautiful chalet style boutique hotel on a mountainside overlooking the Dolomites and Ortisei. Steam or dry saunas are a welcome amenity after a day of skiing and the free shuttle is a welcome surprise! Marina, at the reception, is an absolute gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hartmann! The room was very comfortable and well appointed with an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was great, and everyone who worked there was awesome. Highly recommended.

Relaxed atmosphere and boutique style. Slightly over themed with Ducks and Hearts but it was quaint with the flowery English china. Rooms could have better storage with draws as again more about styling with furniture rather than practicality. Pillows far too soft and like marshmallows that were large and just sink into. Some may like it but not comfortable for us. No aircon in rooms that may be an issue in high summer and quilt far too thick. No fridge or tea and coffee in room that was not a problem (although would have liked) as you could help yourself downstairs on a honesty basis but had to pay on final bill. Cakes and pastries left out after breakfast if you were back before 6 to help yourself that was nice. Despite minor negatives would definitely go back as prefer this to a clinical hotel. Out of town and 10 min walk was fine as you had a non-road path own from hotel. They have another hotel they manage were you can visit for evening meal but it would be good if they offered a choice of basic evening meal if you were tired from a day out walking in the mountains.

Awesome hotel

Our stay in this hotel was awesome, the hotel is rooms are nice and tidy and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast is really nice and of course the view from the dining room and the balcony is spectacular. The stuff is super friendly and were really to help us and to give some recommendations regarding the must visit spots in this area. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to use the hotel spa facilities, but the also look great. It could be really useful if the room had a table and a small fridge, all of the wooden furniture are really nice and fits the hotel design and theme but are quite useless... Hoping we could visit in the winter, it should be awesome. Definitely recommended !

Excellent Boutique Hotel

An excellent boutique hotel offering exceptional customer service. The hotel is cozy with warm furnishings offering a very generous and delicious buffet breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we've had during our travels. There's a small bar you can enjoy in the evenings where, even after hours, they work on the honor system and you can help yourself to drinks and put it on your hotel room. There's also a communal balcony to enjoy a drink and relax whilst listening to the nearby river. Even though the hotel is set just a few minutes from the center of town, you feel like you are in a small oasis when you arrive. So, the location offers both convenience and tranquility. Being a boutique hotel, the standard rooms are small but well appointed; some larger rooms are available with private balcony. The hotel & rooms are spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you to the superb staff for a wonderful stay!

Adorable hotel with a fantastic breakfast

Wow. This hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. The breakfast alone is worth the cost - a candlelit experience with the most adorable plates! The staff was extremely helpful in helping us determine what the right activities were for us based on what we were looking for. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable, we wanted to sleep and sleep! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!
