Excellent location, large room, comfortable bed.

The staff ignored 21+ phone calls prior to check in and had the audacity to complain. The room had obviously been damaged by water, streaks of brown down the walls, ceiling tiles hanging down in the hallway. Bath spouted more water on the floor than inside the tube, with the lights flickering the whole time. Majority of the staff were rude or barely spoke English. Carpets in the leisure centre held together with tape. Basically a RUINED TRIP. I would NEVER advise anyone to stay in the hotel. There even charge Blue Badge Holders for parking. The Most disgusting place I've ever had the misfortune to stay in

Excellent stay and lovely hotel, would thoroughly recommend.

Hotel was nice although room (chose a suite) wasn’t up to the standard I expected with a wooden slat broken on bathroom blinds and the blinds being unable to close. The wooden floors were scratched and the carpet didn’t look the cleanest. We were greeted at reception but not the warmest welcome. The guy spoke very little and didn’t seem overly happy in his workplace. The bar area was nice although very expensive!

The suite was amazing, clean, both dinner and breakfast were lovely

Our second stay here, lovely clean, modern room, reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, nice breakfast where you can make your own waffles which was a hit with my daughter.
