This easy-access condo offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the Montelago Village and prestigious Lake Las Vegas community. The full size kitchen has a full stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, blender, cooking ware, glasses, silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as hand and body towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen HD TVs are included in living room and both bedrooms. Located in the heart of the village, this condo is quiet but is where the action is! Beautiful location with a great condo. We had very minor issues that were corrected immediately. Managers are readily available and communicate quickly. Unit was very clean and had everything We needed. I would rent this unit again.

Perfect getaway

We had a great weekend visiting family. I had never heard of Lake Las Vegas before booking our trip. The area is great…walking distance to shops and dining. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed, and the owners were very helpful and quick to respond.
