This is a very dated, used property. If you need a quick, easy accessed stay, then consider this. Traveling with my 92 year old dad and this worked well so he didnt have to walk very far. Kind of liked the room divider, gave us a little privacy from each other. There is lots of notices to remind you not to give your credit card info to anyone on the phone or if approached. Left me feeling unsettled. We had no problems.

Yes this is a older hotel but in god condition and we can not say enough good things about the staff from cleaning to the front desk the waiters. All so friendly. Our first stay here and we will again. The pool and area around the pool was clean. Close to the convention center. Surprise free parking and when we went to pay for breakfast and living in Nevada was 20 per cent off another surprise. We hired a taxi instead of driving to the other end of the strip. It was well worth $18 to be dropped at the front door. Again can not say enough good things about all the hotel staff.

Good Customer Service terrible room

For some reason they put me a sh*tty room. The carpet was discussing the hot water knob piece was missing. I talked to the cleaners and saw two other rooms which appeared to be in much better condition then minds. Also the tv didn’t work although for me that was fine just fyi. The only good thing about this room had a view of the sphere. Exterior of the property was very clean also the pool was fyi stay clear from room 1065

The overarching property is dated and in need of a complete rebuild. But the room I stayed is was a good value in my opinion: large, clean, good quality bed, quiet (except for commercial aircraft taking off from the local airport during the day), and close to the Las Vegas Convention Center, monorail, several high quality restaurants (including one of the best meals I have recently enjoyed at the nearby Renaissance Hotel). The front desk staff were excellent in my opinion.

Hotel looked way better in pictures then in person. Had to run water for over an hour to get hot water, no microwave or coffee pot,staff was terrible and unhelpful we tried to extend our room for an extra night even after the terrible experiences and they were uncomprimising trying to charge an additional deposit. When the refund for the first deposit wouldnt be available for 3-5 business days. Literally charged us our room rate before arrival when we showed up they made me use a different payment source on check in, again refunding me for the charge and holding up 150$.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Paid only about $70 for a one night stay. Front desk at first couldn't find my reservations even though I had the number. This hotel is old and is in serious need of upgrades. The inside of my room was very outdated. Felt like I was back in the 70's. Be advised there is No coffee maker or microwave in rooms. I checked under the bed and noticed the room needs a good vacuum. The air conditioner work well! So lesson learned.....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Watch out

Hotel was nice. Really liked the room set up. Was very unhappy that after I paid for the room on Hotels.com I got to the property, and they charged me another $100 that they said was for incidentals. We only spent 5hrs. there while we were waiting on our flight. Checked out on 5/04/25 and today there is another charge on my card for $5.67 today is 5/9/25. So, I have to say not worth all I was charged
