If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower in, steer clear. The AC unit was soooo loud that it sounded like having a running lawn mower in the room. The water pressure leaves you standing there trying to get the shampoo out of your hair for 10 minutes. And room service is banging on your door and hour and half before the required check out time. Miserable.

Had to change rooms two times because the air conditioning and thermostat systems did not work properly. Nothing worse than trying to get sleep when air in a room becomes stuffy. After changing rooms the drain in bathtub did not drain right. This has already been communicated to Expedia and Hilton but you’re still sending me an email to rate.
