This little gem packs a huge punch! Close to White Sands National Monument and The Organ Mountain Desert Peaks National Park. 1 bed/1 bath, seating area, full kitchen to include a washer and dryer, this stay will immerse you in a mix of Boho and Mexican culture. There is off street parking for one vehicle, a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Very centrally located, you will be 5-10 minutes to both the University and the famed Las Cruces Farmers Market. Enjoy!

The casita has no shared interior spaces, the outdoor space is communal and fenced, so you can let dogs run when the gates are closed if there are no other guests present, and leashed when they are. Please do not leave pups unattended outside, thank you!

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread.
