AC wasn’t working, front desk shrugged it off. No restocking of water in the rooms. Cleaning starts at 6am with vacuum buzzing around the hallway. Would not stay again at this Sheraton.

It was excellent, only claimed no Bluetooth for tv. No charging options beer bed. You can't light the room in one swich. It is very close to Christmas market. Very nice eria and view

The Sheraton has a nice bar and the room was comfortable. However, the light was broken (very dark room) and the housekeeper didn't provide enough, towels, glasses and soap even after we complained. It has gone downhill since we last visited in 2019.

Front desk service was excellent and the food was very good. Definitely would stay here again! Only issue was the room was not cool enough and we could not get the A/C to work well.
