Located on the sandy shores of the Corrotoman River, Shore Fun offers activity for the entire family. Salt water pool (upgraded summer 2023 opens early May to late September) , hot tub, large sand beach, deep water dock, kayaks, fishing, crabbing are all at your fingertips.
The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, WiFi (upgraded to Starlink for late 2023), game room with pool table, washer/dryer, fireplace, central air/heat, deck with great view of the water, salt water pool. There is a 200' private pier for your enjoyment and docking your boat. We are dog friendly!

Shore Fun is located across the street from Yankee Point Marina. The marina offers boat rentals, boat ramp, pool with snack bar, live music during the summer Friday and Saturday nights, kayak rentals, restaurant and convenience store all within walking distance! Take your car on the free ferry into Kilmarnock to enjoy shopping, restaurants, wineries, art galleries, Compass Entertainment complex (Arcade, batting cages, bumper cars, rope course, climb walls, go-carts, ice skating, kid play area, mini golf, virtual reality, movie theater, and restaurant), live music, and museums.
Bring or rent a boat and pull up to some of the best restaurants. The original Merrior Tasting Room, Tides Inn and Urbanna Seafood Restaurant & Raw Bar or play a game of beach volleyball at Windmill Point Tiki Bar.
Kayak with dolphins or watch the Rock fish at the end of the dock!
We do require a signed contract and copy of your government ID. There are 2 outdoor security cameras. Motor boat is not part of the rental.
