The pool area was very cold, no towels when asked for them they said they could only give one evem though there were many more in the pool. They put a hold on card for any damages which I totally. But after two weeks the charged had cleared, called them to question they said it aill take 3 to 4 days to clear after checkout. It has been two weeks. Called again and they didnt see a charge and not sure what i was speaking too.. Them magically 5 mins after the call there was credit on my card
